Spineless Spur Lost Early Lead and the match to a Livered Klopp in 2-1 Scoreline

A perfect start it was when Son attempted a long shot that Harry Kane poached. Like a lazy dog drawing the first blood, Spur retracted and hoping the game could help forever at the moment. But Liverpool with champion feelings pulsing in their blood, kept tugging at spur defense. And thus, spur fortitude caved in. Captain Henderson got the equaliser and M sallah got the winner through a penalty. It was another VAR horror. Mane wasn't really fouled. He intercepted Aurier's attempt to kick out but VAR called penalty.  VAR is gaffe. Liverpool deserved the win. 10 unbeaten games, still counting. --toonday

Crystal Reality as Arsenal Lost a Palatial Two-goal Lead to draw with Crystal Palace Amidst Xhaka's Drama and VAR Politics

Emery started well. 2 early goals before 10 mins from Sokratis and Luis respectively was a fortunate start he wouldn't have envisaged. But the lead got squandered and tireless Crystal Palace equalised with a palatial relish. Pepe couldn't transfer his midweek exploits to the game. He couldn't net a similar freekick. Guendouzi was immense. Emery subbed Xhaka for Saka. Little difference, I dare say. Xhaka threw tantrums, the captaincy band and his shirts to the ground because he was jeered. Guess his departure is gonna be mutual consent. Fans tired and he is also tired. A god said, just like the hash tag, #ArsCry. They did as they bottled a fortuitous lead. Another god said that VAR was Video Assisting Robbery. For VAR, all nah politics. Machines cannot weigh intentions but could only see a fall , an obstruction or a gesture. Emery tactics aint winning. Arsenal need to rejig or else the Red Devil will soon catch 'em. ---toonday

Chelsea Beat the Fire out of Burnley in a Six-Goal Thriller

Chelsea made beating Burnley so easy. Captain America, Pulisic was simply too hot for Burnley. His first strike with the left after he beat like two players. His second with the right leg beating like two players and the third strike a back head flick that beat half of the opponent team waiting to defend the corner. Williams got the fourth Goal and Burnley wouldn't die easy as they flickered two beautiful goals past a rooted Kepa. 2-4. Captain America seemed more hazardous than Hazard. Pulisic direct runs seem more threatening because he has eyes for goals and a forceful strike to beat the keeper. Mount always silent when tucked in the mid field but he delivered decently. Tomori and Zouma have been named the Gilbratar and the rock because of their solidity in recent games. Jorginho has manifested a beautiful lively side and Kovacic the maestro dictating tunes that confused the opponent. Lampard thrives despite the ban. Youths shouldering the team. Imagine Chelsea wasn'

Pastor Wilson was Right but his Video was Wrong

Pastor Wilson took pastoral care a notch up into the other room where he ate coochie with a "porn-craft". Like saving his flock, he knew the security of a woman's fidelity might at times be in her orgasm. His video retort was fraught with his inability to understand the concept of "negative rights". Rights that are not supposed to be subjected into (public glare) actions.  You totally have the right to have a behavioural preference in the other room (some viewers could even have worse). But once a footage like the current one is leaked, you owe the public an apology not vulgar justification.  What really happened? A footage of pastor Wilson eating VJ was trending. The pastor then released a video calling on his immense social responsibility as a feat that most of his critics hasn't reached and that he likes eating coochie and " fuck you all".  Thus, our contention here is not to fault his pastoral passion in the other room but

Old Trafford Roared as Ole Frightened Klopp

The weekend tension could be felt from England to Ibadan as the football atmosphere was thickened with pregnant optimism from Ole and Klopp's no-nonsense craze to set the record straight. Klopp believed Ole should be taught a lesson for that optimism and Ole hung the hope of continuing his job on the outcome of the match. Just as promised, a dying tiger fights dirty. Soksjaer startled the football world in the first half of the game. He played the Liverpool ways: long balls with quick counter. He got the only goal in the first through the nimble footed James' assist. Rashford trashed it into the net. Old Trafford roared and beliefs soared. Liverpool was expecting the usual: where the opponent would be trying to out-create them in the midfield and they (Liverpool) would use your errors to punish you. Many first half events like a claim of Origi being fouled before the buildup to the goal was checked on VAR. But Liverpool was VAR unfortunate in the game as Mane early goal w

On the Eve of 9ja Independence Day, Clueless Ole drew 1-1 with Tactless Emery in a Match Flawed with Errors and Mediocrity

As reported, Jim Beglin said " we watching mediocrity tonight" and Peter Drury " yes, they are certainly not top 2". Gone are those days when the prematch heated expectations were met with fiery encounters between both teams. Now, they are empty shells of their old selves like a 59 year old Nigeria still fighting teething problems. After some close calls and market place efforts, McTominay commandeered a rare brilliance by putting a shot where no eagle could stop. #Xhaka-doom dropped his head and it flew by. For Arsenal, it was a better Saka, young and unbelievably confident that set up Aubameyang. Auba, as usual, slotted home. And it ended that 1-1. Both teams' playwork were poor, players were poor, officiating also poor, but only VAR stood brilliant.  Emery was tactless, unbecoming, and undoing himself. You need to understand the problem before solving it. Nigeria doesn't and Emery doesn't either, yet they both expect developments and points
