Klopp Clobbered City as Guardiola Remained "Guard-less" against Liverpool Rain of Crosses

The constant thing is change and it is high time Guardiola dealt with his obsession with possession. In EPL any team would give up possession to take you on the break. Using the quick counter to beat you blue-black like Norwich did to Guardiola and Liverpool just did too.  The game started with the huge expectation of EPL title decider. City came all out unlike their past calm start. At the 6th minute Fabinho struck like Thor. Though VAR was unfair, yet it could be anybody. The second goal came from a sublime cross to Sallah who coolly converted. The third was a marvelous Henderson cross to Mane who also dive-nodded past a helpless Bravo.  Then, Guardiola took possession as core course while Aguero kept getting to chances late.  Klopp survival is the ability to use minimalist possession to get a goal. It is an economy of play. What seven short passes haven't done a single long cross would do so asap. When you play the long ball against him like Man UTD did he would

ChelseaCrippledPalace 2-0

With an average player age of 24, this team is the chelsea youngest ever starting eleven in Premier League. But the fire, the passion and the hunger smell of experience way above that age bracket. Pulisic has this sickening dribble skills that purge opponents of senses. He is definitely an upgrade to Hazard. With the quick eyes for goals, you never can get a better value for such price. It was Abraham that got the first goal. Fans need to respect this lad. He has been in the thick and thin of this season with Chelsea and his goals have been fundamental to their standing in the EPL table. Pulisic the captain America got the second. He dribbled and shot with his triggered-happy legs but the woodwork denied him. Thus, if the legs won't be lucky, he bested the goalie with a header. Lampard cruising and Chelsea ship is having a wonderful sail despite the rough starts to the season. We kowtow.  --toonday

Bright Man UTD Beat Brighton Blue-Black

Ole guys were excellent in attack. Guess the DNA is coming back. There was a different passion. Perreira got on the scoresheet first. Mc Tominay joined him making it two for the Red Devil.  Brighton tried not to go down easily. They got one back but Rashford sealed the game and took it beyond redemption for the less brightened Brighton.  Rashford is capable of many things if the passion can be sustained. James is absolutely promising but needs a proper handler too, so that he won't simmer off like Rashford did. Martial needs to drop his shoulder and work more. Ego is a bastard that makes all the player's faults more pronounced.  #OleStillOnTheWheel --toonday

Despite his Witless Loss against Leicester, Emery still has the Backing of the Board

Fans of Arsenal rooted for Leicester to humiliate them just so that Emery could be sent packing. But gods do football answer prayers according to their own devise at times. I saw fans jubilating half-heartedly, with a surface joy that belied their pains when Leicester scored. All in the name of #EmeryOut. For the game, Vardy got the first goal and Maddison a nice second. Leno tried but at long last he "photoshopped". The result came as willed but Emery stays like forever as the board has resolved that they are behind Emery of Emirate.  Finally, we know. No amount of disgrace could stir the board once profit is unaffected or they won't part with more money.  Pocket smiles and fans cry. But there's always a hope that gets people believing next season will be better. #NextSeasonFC ---toonday

Emery Tactics Lacked Merry as Arsenal could not protect the lead against the Wolves

Wolves came for the jugular but Arsenal got the first goal that made a comfortable start. Complacency as usual set in, as Arsenal held a lead but they couldn't increase the tally. Fans and the betting fans knew the outcome. Arsenal under Emery has become an FDT (full time draw) team. Some gods say: Like the Newtons law, for every Arsenal goal there must be an opponent scoring. It doesn't matter if its five or one. Aubameyang scored the first goal. Lacazette set him up. But the Wolves after many attempt equalised through Raul's header.  No comment on Arsenal lukewarm performance: the fact is Emery has lost the rudder to drive the team-ship to a comfortable coast even his substitutions are game killing.  The whole world,  whole team, the whole fans know except the Boards. Meanwhile, with the meeting of mourinho spreading like a wild fire in a dry season, let's see how long he last. ---toonday

Rashford the Carrabao Ronaldo Listless against a Dutiful Bounemouth

They say he that maligns the crown, the king condemns. It was King that condemned the red devil to a 0-1 defeat. The king kings over everything-- including the devil. J. King got the only "kinging" goal of the game with a sly turning and a scissor flick. Wan Bissaka was lost behind him. Some god whispered " but they beat Chelsea and acted like Rashford was like CR7 in his prime. Enter Bournemouth and BOOM! They lost DNA and their rediscovered brilliance. Another god said Perreira was a different kind of number 10. Give him two slices of bread. He couldn't create a sandwich. Is this the second round of Man Utd curse? They beat Chelsea 4-0 earlier in the league, they did not win their next four games . Again, they have beaten Chelsea.  The simple moral of the lesson is stopping beating Chelsea, a god warned the red devil.  Now that they can't be meeting Chelsea every week, they better be ready for losses. #OleConfused. ---toonday

Tammy Terrific and Pulisic Masterclass: Lampard Collected all Points at Vicarage Road

Last season, Jorginho got more of jeers but now it all cheers. He set up Tammy beautifully and the finish was as exquisite as the assist. Pulisic, captain America, scored the second goal: his fourth in a week. Tammy provided the assist. Lampard is doing great. Chelsea rolling high undeterred by detractors. Kovacic moves like Hazard, with intelligence that makes dribble a fluid motion. Jorginho is going gung-ho and showing a side fans never believed he had.  Kante gotta do more to sit either of them now. Mason Mount, despite being a Lampard protege, ensures his work rate speaks for him. Lampard is giving the fans what Sarri promised.  The fantasy could last. fingers crossed. --toonday

True True Mark of a Champion: Both Liverpool and Manchester City Came from behind to Claim Maximum Points in their Matches

Klopp called his boys mentality monsters and of course they are. Coming from behind three times in a week to secure victory was massive. Aston Villa got the first goal and they intended to sit on it. They pushed and held forth till like 80 minutes into the game when Robertson equalised and Mane got the most dramatic winner at the tick-tock of the last minute. They are the king of comebacks. No one does it better than Klopp guys. #AVLLIV On #MCISOU James Ward Prowse tucked a rebound from Stuart Armstrong strike to put Sothampton ahead. City heaved and puffed before they could get an equaliser. Until Kyle Walker secured a goal and later assisted Aguero for the winner. Kyle Walker, the savior. Guardiola would love to be ahead but Klopp this time would not be willing to relinquish such lead. It unfolds we follow sha! --toonday
